Screen Printing

Screen printing is the most popular method for printing clothing. Screen printing is the best way to print your logo on t-shirts, sweatshirts, or any other type of garment.

Screen Printing Methods

Plastisol Ink:

Plastisol ink is the most commonly used ink in screen printing. It’s an economical printing solution that results in a durable print with a nice texture that can be felt on the surface of the shirt. Plastisol inks are recommended for printing on colored and light fabric. It is extremely opaque and can retain a bright image for many years with proper care.

Simulated Process:

Stimulated Process is a great way to print full-color designs with lots of details on dark or light garments. This printing uses a sequence of Halftone Dots to create a range of shades from a few colors. The colors of these dots overlap leading the ink colors to blend together making the design.

CMYK Print :

CMYK is a four-color process of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. We separate your full-color image into the four colors: CMYK and then print it. The colors overlap and mix, creating the image in full color. This printing is best on white or light-colored garments.

Water-based Ink:

Water-based ink is the way to achieve a soft print that feels like it is part of the fabric. Unlike Plastisol ink, it will not have an additional textured feel. Water-based ink is a transparent ink with low opacity and the use of water as the main solvent. This ink type works best on light fabric colors that are 100% cotton but can also work on blended fabrics.

Discharge Ink:

Discharge ink is a soft hand that feels like it is part of the fabric. The discharge process effectively bleaches or removes color from the fabric of a colored t-shirt in the design area and then prepares that area of the fabric to be filled back in with the desired ink. As opposed to standard Plastisol inks, which is printed “on top” of a garment and leaves a slight feel to the print. This ink type works best on dark fabric colors 100% cotton.

Tag printing:

Tag printing is a specialized way to create your custom shirt tag with your logo. This gives each shirt an original look and is great for marketing and promoting your brand. There are two methods for this process: screen printing and heat transfer. Heat transfer is when we print the image on paper and then transfer it with a heat press on the shirt.

Tonal Print:

Tonal print is a soft print style for creating an elevated look for your shirts. The ink is a shade lighter or darker than the color of the garment itself.

Heat Transfer :

Heat transfer is when we print the image on paper and then transfer it with a heat press on the fabric. There are three different methods for Heat transfer: vinyl, digital, and screen printing. We can use this method for T-shirts, masks, hats, tag printing, name and number on jerseys and uniforms, teddy bear shirts, velvet pouches, drawstring bags, and much more.

Name/Number on Jersey:

We can create custom apparel with your team’s name and number. We can help make jerseys and team uniforms for any sports team such as football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and tennis. We know that every player has a different number, and we are excited to help your team appear united.

Specialty Ink:

We have special inks that make your products stand out. Some specialty inks include Metallic, Glitter, Foil, Clear Gel, and Glow in the Dark.

Hem Tag Printing

Hem Tags are another cool way you can add to your apparel to promote your brand. They are sewn onto the clothing and are commonly placed on the hip, neck, sleeve, or hoodie pockets.
