- What is the minimum order for screen printing?
JI hope requires a minimum of 12 pieces per screen design and 48 pieces for four-color process.
- What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is 7-10 business days once the artwork is approved.
- Can I get my shirts faster?
Yes. If you need your products before a specific date just let us know and we’ll work with you on your RUSH order.
- Can you make some changes to my design?
We sure can. We have professional graphic T-shirt designers. Contact us with what you would like to see changed. We’ll make any changes you need and send you a proof. Just let us know what you need.
- Do not have the required artwork for t-shirt printing?
Do not worry! Our professional graphic designer can bring any idea to life. Simply email us your sketch, drawing, or a detailed description of what you envision and let our designers work with you. Artwork charge is $50.00 per hour.
- I need names and numbers for my team shirts. How do I do it?
E-mail us a list of the names and numbers you need. We’ll get back to you with a proof of your shirts with the design.
- What if my shirts don’t fit?
Unfortunately once your shirts are printed we cannot exchange them for a different size. If you are unsure of what size you need, let us know. We can send you some blank samples to check sizing before we print them.
- How much of a deposit do you require to begin an order?
Full payment is due before order is put into production.
- Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, by us and by you. Because you approve each step of the process, your job is completed exactly the way you want it. If we make a mistake on any proof we’ll be sure to correct it.
- What is the proof / approval process?
On all new orders we will be sending you an art proof for your review. This proof will state the size, pantone colors and overall location of your print job. Please make sure to look over the proof carefully as once it is approved we will be printing exactly that. We kindly ask you to email us your approval for the art work. If we do not receive your art approval we cannot proceed with your job.
- Can we mix sizes and color of shirts?
Yes, as long as the design is the same and printed on the same location on each shirt.
- Can I order multiple shirt styles?
Yes. You can mix and match shirt styles for the same order (for example, short sleeves, long sleeves, and tank tops all with the same design).
- Why are there Screen fees?
Because of the set up cost for the screens, film, emulsion, and reclaiming the screen.
- Do dark shirts cost more for us to print?
Yes, dark colored shirts require a white under base which counts as an extra color.
- Do I get to see a digital layout proof before printing?
Yes. We will email you a layout of your design on a digital t-shirt flat for your approval before we go into production.
- What is your standard print area size?
Our standard print size is 12in wide X 16in high.
- What are my shipping options?
We use UPS for ground shipments. If you have an account with Federal Express or UPS, we are happy to use any of their shipping options. For large shipments we can utilize a trucking company to save freight costs. Please inquire.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal and business checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept purchase orders from educational institutions and public agencies.
